Thank you so much for supporting our small farm—we truly appreciate you! Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. We guarantee that all dahlia tubers will be true to variety, arrive with at least one viable eye, and have a healthy tuber body when they reach you.

Please inspect your tubers promptly upon arrival. If you have any concerns, contact us at Threelakesblooms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Including clear photos of the issue will help us quickly assess the situation and assist you as best we can.
After the 7-day window has passed, responsibility for the tubers transfers fully to the buyer.We are unable to offer refunds for issues related to weather damage, rot after planting, viruses, pests, poor field conditions, neglect, or overall plant performance.

Our fields and tubers are inspected and approved by the Washington Department of Agriculture. Throughout the growing season, we carefully monitor our plants, aggressively remove anything suspicious, sanitize tools between plants and clumps, and use multiple organic methods to manage pests.
That said, dahlias—like all living plants and can sometimes become ill, and viruses are not 100% preventable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. -
All orders ship via USPS, and at this time we are only able to ship within the United States. Tubers will ship in April, once the danger of freezing temperatures has passed in your region. We do not offer early shipping.
You’ll receive a notification once your order has been pulled and packed. We ship thousands of orders each season, so thank you for your patience—if it’s still April and you haven’t heard from us yet, your order is in progress and will be on its way soon!Shipping Cost:
Shipping is a flat rate of $18.00 per order. We’re happy to combine shipping for an additional $3.00—just email your order numbers to Threelakesblooms@gmail.com.
